I've just parted RM1400 to pay for the Visa application. No turning back now...
We went to Alliance Bank just now during lunch time...
Before we arrive there, i already have in mind that it's gonna be a long queue and unfriendly counter people showing black black face and waiting to eat on u in any case if u did something or say something stupid... (These are from past experience when last time there's no internet banking and the bloody ATM machine keeps on showing the message "OUT OF SERVICE")
*Bless those that created the idea of internet banking and ATM machines!!
Anyway, back to my banking experience in Alliance Bank, boy, they are fast (or maybe because no body there... haha) But the counter lady is friendly and good too. People usually don't give a hoot if you put in your information correctly or not, but she asked us to double check, make sure that she has keyed in the correct details and show us the receipt number.
I'm impressed...
Well done... good customer service... :)
