confusion
confusion indeed is nothing new in my life...
Now that my visa is approved, not sure if i should be happy or not cause his was refused.
Now that his visa was refused, not sure if i should resign now or wait till his appeal is approved.
Will the plan still stay the same or will there be changes?
What if he decided not to go...... wait... cannot lar... after spending RM1400 on visa.. *slap* slap*

Visa application
got all the documents needed (or so i think.. ) and tomorrow we'll be submitting our documents.
lots of prayers needed..
at these moment, lots of questions and doubts are rushing through my mind.
what if i got rejected?
what if they lost my documents?
If i'm approved..
Will i have enough to go there?
What if i can't find any job AT ALL?

OCBC bank
I went to OCBC bank just now during lunch time, hoping to get some bank statements printed out for the visa application.
Push open the glass door and there's only 1 girl sitting there attending a customer. looked around.. hmm.. nobody... then i remembered that their teller counter is on the first floor.. weird..
I walked up and approached a girl at the counter and told her what i want. They say they normally don't print statement for customers. If requested, they will charge RM10 per statement.
My first reaction: What the hell?! RM10 for a statement?
That's it. I'm going to close this bloody account and transfer the money else where... RM10 for a freaking statement... what toilet paper they use to print?!!!!
I could buy 2 stake of A4 paper and print till i puke!

Last night, his aunty from UK messaged us, asking how are the progress for UK application. Then half way through the messaging, she told us that she thinks it's better for him to go over first and settle down before i go over.
hmm... am i really that incapable of taking care of myself that I need him to settle down first before i go?
Are they worried that I might drag him down in whatever things that he's supposed to achieve?
Or they are just concern about us moving so far away?
I appreciate their concern, I think I'm old and wise enough to take care of myself in a foreign land. I have foresee that there will be lots of difficulties, cultural shock, different people, different environment, but I'm up for it!
To me, going to UK is like a fresh start for my life. To start everything anew in a total foreign land.
Com'on people... have a little faith on me, ok?

bank service
I've just parted RM1400 to pay for the Visa application. No turning back now...
We went to Alliance Bank just now during lunch time...
Before we arrive there, i already have in mind that it's gonna be a long queue and unfriendly counter people showing black black face and waiting to eat on u in any case if u did something or say something stupid... (These are from past experience when last time there's no internet banking and the bloody ATM machine keeps on showing the message "OUT OF SERVICE")
*Bless those that created the idea of internet banking and ATM machines!!
Anyway, back to my banking experience in Alliance Bank, boy, they are fast (or maybe because no body there... haha) But the counter lady is friendly and good too. People usually don't give a hoot if you put in your information correctly or not, but she asked us to double check, make sure that she has keyed in the correct details and show us the receipt number.
I'm impressed...

new government
just like in the politic world, my work place is like that too... only we have no say in who is the new leader is.
We will have new manager soon in our team. I never work well with female boss because they are too bossy for my liking. I like freedom. The more you control me, the more i'll ignore your instructions!
My previous 2 male manager know that i'm the independent type and don't like being control much. They let me do what i like because end of the day, it's the result that they are looking for, not HOW i get those results.
Female boss is different, they are like a hawk, watching your back every 5 minutes. asking for updates everytime there's new things come up. I don't think that's how things should work on everyone.
oh well.. this won't be for long.
Should i resign now or wait for another 2 weeks after the visa confirmation?

Give thanks
Have been complaining too much about my life, it's time to give thanks...
Thank you, Lord for holding back the rain and strong wind yesterday after my car window has been smashed!
Thank you for sending me many friends that care for me especially Sun & Star.
Thank you for giving me a good manager that don't pressure me despite all the work pressure that i already have.
Thank you for a calm partner that I have now. Though he is blur most of the time but when incidents happen, i can count on him to sort things out for me.
Thank you for the dream that we share.
Thank you for giving us the courage to pursued it.

car window smashed...
Bugger.... just when i got upset that digby & ah twick got bitten... my car window got smashed!!!!!!!
arghh..... i hope that who ever that smashed my car window get triple payback for what he or she has done!!!
nothing is going smoothly lately... sigh....
money is never enough, just when i plan to save up for the UK, now more expenditure for me...
anyway... what happen happened... more complain also cannot change anything...
I don't understand why when shit happen, those people closes to you tend to scold you or tell you things that you "SHOULD HAVE" do instead of consoling you or help to calm those shaken souls....
Oh well... so many things to handle for tomorrow.... should i report to the police? neh... not like they are going to help me fix back the freaking broken window and recover my sister's friend's laptop....
